It knits at 6.5 stitches per inch on a #2 (2.75 mm) needle or a standard gauge knitting machine. Cotton Fleece (24-ply) is 80% pima cotton and 20% merino wool and comes in a 3.5 oz. pull skein at 215 yards (197 M). It knits at 5 stitches per inch on a #6 (4 mm) needle. Nature Spun Fingering (3-ply) is 100% wool and comes on a 1 lb. cone at 2,800 yards (2,660 M). It knits at 7 stitches per inch on a #3 (3.25 mm) needle. Nature Spun Sport (3-ply) is 100% wool and comes on a 1 lb. cone at 1,682 yards (1,598 M). It knits at 6 stitches per inch on a #5 (3.75 mm) needle.
